All books are made to order through a professional print-on-demand service. Please double-check your shipping address and details before placing your order. Once submitted, orders go into production and can’t be changed or cancelled.

As each book is printed specifically for you, refunds or returns are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can arrange a replacement in line with our print-on-demand partner’s policy.

Your book will ship once it has been printed. This processing time varies depending on your location. Estimated shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
