All digital products are delivered electronically via email or instant download after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Physical Books (Lulu Direct Fulfillment)

Physical books are printed and shipped through Lulu Direct, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Your order information (name, address, email, and product details) is securely shared with Lulu for the purpose of printing and delivery.
Lulu is responsible for:

• Producing, packaging, and shipping your order.
• Calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax on both printing and shipping, as required by law in your region (e.g., EU, UK, US, Canada).

Shipping times and rates are automatically calculated by Lulu Live Shipping Rates and may vary depending on destination and printing location.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs clearance times once the order is in transit.

4. Refund Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and EU digital content regulations, customers may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase provided the file has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

Once access or download has occurred, the sale is considered final.

Refunds for physical book orders are handled in accordance with Lulu Direct’s print-on-demand policy and are available only in cases of defective or damaged goods.
