It’s me again, Deborah! If you’ve been here before, you probably already know me - I’ve poured my heart into two eBooks that many of you have embraced on your health journey. But this time, I’m not alone. I’ve partnered with someone incredibly special: my mum, Sabrina. Although she's helped me so so much with my previous ebooks, this time she's sharing her own personal story.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life will always throw challenges your way. For me, it was a combination of health issues, a complicated start to motherhood and heartbreak that left me feeling like I was just surviving. For her, it was a life shaped by raising four kids, homeschooling, and overcoming a serious health crisis brought on by adrenal exhaustion. Through it all, she’s been my guide, teaching me how to find balance and resilience, no matter what life throws at me. Let’s be real - she has a lot more life experience than I do!
